About Housing Disrepair Solicitors

At Housing Disrepair Solicitors, we help tenants across England and Wales when their landlord won’t carry out the repairs it’s responsible for. We’re a trading name of SLS Solicitors Limited, a firm authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA No. 813100). Eligible claims may be handled on a no win, no fee basis, subject to the terms of the agreement. For our clients, that means pushing for the repairs to be done and seeking compensation for the time spent living with the problem.

Who We Are

  • Nothing to pay upfrontWe work on a no win, no fee basis, and you'll know what could come out of your compensation before you agree to anything.
  • Regulated and easy to checkWe've been authorised by the SRA since 2021, under number 813100.
  • We take the chasing off your handsFrom the first letter to your landlord to court if it comes to that, we deal with it.

Making Sure It's Really Us

Fake websites sometimes borrow the names and registration numbers of real law firms, so it's worth taking a minute to check:

  1. Look up SRA number 813100 on the SRA's official register and make sure the names match.
  2. Only get in touch through the phone number and email address on this website.
  3. If someone claiming to be us asks you for money upfront or tells you our bank details have changed, don't pay. Call us first.
